Over 60’s Exercise

Please join me on to Wednesday mornings at 10am to stretch & strengthen.  All ages and abilities welcome.

Simple, fun, and effective exercises incorporating Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength.

Exercises relate to daily living activities helping achieve better health and wellbeing by improving mobility, mood and confidence leading to longer independence.

All classes adapted to suit different levels of ability from free standing to standing with support to seated, no exercises on the floor.
